Currently installed FNIS through MO2 however I´m running into the same issue when I install it manually and start via MO2. Some Infos about the Versions I use: FNIS Version 7.6 XXL. FNIS doesn't necesarily have to be in the Skyrim folder if you're using Mod Organizer.
